What to bring
- Your bike(s). Bring the charger and keys for e-bikes and e-motos, too.
- What's happening. Note when it started, any sounds or error codes, and anything else you've noticed.
- Past repair info. Bring receipts or notes on any previous work, if you have them.
- Your questions. There are no dumb ones here.
